Santa
BLIZZARD's Santa is a respected elder and is held in high regard in the North Pole. Santa may be slightly short of hearing but his integrity, leadership and honour of Christmas and all the traditions that it encompasses is sharp.
Christopher Plummer
Although a seasoned stage performer, Plummer was introduced to the screen in Sidney Lumet's Stage Struck (1957) and has since starred or co-starred in a host of films ranging from the Oscar-winning The Sound of Music, The Man Who Would Be King, to Michael Mann's Oscar-nominated The Insider for which he won the National Critic's Award and recently, the multi-award winning A Beautiful Mind, directed by Ron Howard and Atom Egoyan's Ararat.
Apart from Britain's Evening Standard Award, 2 Tonys (4 nominations), 2 Emmys (6 nominations) and the many honours he has received in the U.K., U.S.A., Austria and his own country, he was invested as a Companion of the Order of Canada (1968) and received the Governor General's Life Achievement Award in 2001. An honorary Doctor of Fine Arts at New York's Juilliard School, he was inducted into the American Theater's Hall of Fame (1968) and Canada's Walk of Fame (1998).
